This issue announces the opening of Advaita Academy, a website and community fashioned by Hari Kiran Vadlamani, Dennis Waite, and Paula Marvelly. Notably, this is more than a website: included are blogs, the classic and highly regarded Advaitin email forum, articles, talks, videos, an accessible membership list, a Q & A section, book reviews, interviews, a listing of events, a wiki. This center on the Internet is prepared to distribute every element of Advaita as manifests, in a clean, cool, and inviting format. Congratulations to the creators!

If your email is not configure to read the html content below, here is the essence and the link:

Advaita Academy has great pleasure in announcing the launch of its brand new website, http://advaita-academy.org on this auspicious day, Deepavali, or the Festival of Lights. Advaita Academy is a charitable trust, set up to disseminate the teachings of Advaita Vedanta and one of its main aims is to establish the most comprehensive resource for Advaita on the web, and in particular, Traditional Advaita Vedanta teachings.

As you may already know, advaita-academy.org will eventually supersede the current site, advaita.org.uk. However, for a number of months, the two sites will run in parallel until all information on the existing site has been transfered over to the new site.
