Aun is not a path into a named “higher state of consciousness.” It does not offer spiritual promotion, attainment, or a new identity. 

It works inside ordinary language, ordinary fear, ordinary certainty, ordinary confusion.

Nothing special has to happen. No state has to be reached. The sentence remains useful, while its false solidity begins to soften.
